RETURNS & EXCHANGES

IRENE is unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Please be mindful that each of IRENE’s products are handcrafted, whereby some pieces may come with a slight imperfection and/or variation. These perfectly imperfect characteristics are a reflection of the artisanal process and practice we follow.

However, if you believe that the product is fundamentally faulty or damaged, please kindly email hi@irene-irene.com within 14 days of the date of purchase. In the email, please include your order number and imagery of the fault/damage, and we will verify the information and provide a thoughtful solution in the way of a refund, exchange or credit note.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the product and will be reimbursed upon determining fault and/or damage.

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@irene-irene.com, and our team will liaise with you further to ensure you receive the correct item promptly.

SHIPPING

IRENE offers free express shipping on all orders over $450 AUD.

Standard shipping within Australia is $10 for all orders under $450 AUD and applied at checkout. Express shipping is $15 for all orders under $450 AUD and applied at checkout. Standard shipping delivers between 4-8 business days, and Express delivers between 1-4 business days, as per AusPost delivery service.

We offer worldwide shipping through DHL Express. A $40 AUD flat rate will be applied at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track your delivery. Customs, Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout with the shipping destination and order values.

As we are a small team, orders will be shipped every Wednesday and Friday afternoon. However if you require an urgent shipment please reach out to hi@irene-irene.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

IRENE will not be held responsible for any delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages once your order has been dispatched. For more information on any delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages, please enquire directly with the courier.

For international orders, additional taxes, customs duties and fees may be added according to the laws of the destination country. IRENE is not liable to calculate or pay for any of these fees. Rejected packages will not be received by IRENE, therefore, a refund will not be issued. Please contact your destination's customs offices to get more information on customs, import fees and taxes.
